How to practice Bhramara mudra Perform Bhramara mudra following the given instructions and time duration and enjoy its health benefits. Instructions Sit in a stable posture either on the mat or a chair. Rest your hands on thighs keeping the palms facing upward. Curl both the index fingers and place its tip on the thumbs’ root. Slightly bend the middle finger to keep the tip of the thumb onto the side of the middle fingernail. Extend the ring and little fingers outward. Hold the mudra and focus on your deep and steady breaths. Duration of holding the mudra Practice Bhramara mudra four times every day for at least 7 minutes. You can extend it to 8 times holding it for 20 minutes each. Besides sitting posture, it can be performed while standing, reclining, or walking. Holding Bhramara mudra in the early morning hours is beneficial. Still, do not hesitate to perform it during your waiting hours in the queue or bus stop. PEENISA MUDRA
As shown in the figure, keep left hand stretched and using the tip of the right thumb, press the center of the left palm, while all the other fingers of the right hand wraps around the backside of the left palm. 
Duration: 20-30 minutes

A Useful Tip:- In addition to doing Bhramara Hasta Mudra, also practice Apan Vayu Hasta Mudra to detoxify all Toxins and also start consuming honey, vitamin C, putting a few drops of Mustard oil in both the nasals and also drinking water before taking bath , which will trigger draining of mucous into mouth and throat and expel all whatever comes out. After the bath, instill two-three drops of pure sweet almond oil in our nostrils for lubricating our nasal linings to prevent dry air, dust and allergens to do damage and harm our nasal linings and it will help as a protecting shield against pollens, dust, other allergens to get rid of nasal polyps. Drinking copper charged water along with a 5 drops of castor oil after getting up in mornings and taking “Avipattikar Churan or a combo of sheetopladi churan along with trikuti and a little turmeric/haldi churan ” 30 minutes after breakfast to remove constipation & Pitta since hyperacidity caused by pitta dominating constitution & constipation diseases combo is simultaneously found in the allergy suffering people. Zinc supplement is also said to be helpful! Allergies are caused by bad intestinal flora. It is necessary that you relieve yourself from constipation. Drink fluids like “Amla” rich in Vitamin C, take proper sleep & enough rest, do meditation pranayam and start exercises like walking.

सूर्य/फायर/अग्नि ऐंवम अग्निशक्ति मुद्राएँ:-
 
योग अनुसार आसन और प्राणायाम की स्थिति को मुद्रा कहा जाता है। बंध, क्रिया और मुद्रा में आसन और प्राणायाम दोनों का ही कार्य होता है। योग में मुद्राओं को आसन और प्राणायाम से भी बढ़कर माना जाता है। आसन से शरीर की हडि्डयां लचीली और मजबूत होती है जबकि मुद्राओं से शारीरिक और मानसिक शक्तियों का विकास होता है। मुद्राओं का संबंध शरीर के खुद काम करने वाले अंगों और स्नायुओं से है। इस बार पढ़िये अग्नि और अग्निशक्ति मुद्रा बनाने का तरीका और उसके लाभ।
 
दोनों ही मुद्रा को करने के पहले सुखासन में बैठ जाएं और श्‍वासों का आवागमन सामान्य रखें।
 
अग्नि मुद्रा विधि- अग्नि मुद्रा को दो तरीके से करना बताया जाता है।
 
1.अपने दोनों हाथों के अंगूठों को आपस में एकसाथ मिलाने से अग्निमुद्रा बनती है। इस स्थिति में हाथों की बाकी सारी अंगुलियां खुली होनी चाहिए।
 
 
2.एक दूसरा तरीका है कि सूर्य की अंगुली को मोड़कर उसे अंगुठे से दबाएं। बाकी बची अंगुलियों को सीधा रखें। इस मुद्रा का ज्यादा अभ्यास नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे शरीर में गर्मी बढ़ती है।
 
 
अग्नि मुद्रा के लाभ- अग्नि मुद्रा को करने से जहां मोटापा नियंत्रित रहता है, वहीं इससे खांसी, बलगम, नजला, पुराना जुकाम, श्वांस रोग और निमोनिया रोग आदि रोग दूर हो जाते हैं तथा इससे शरीर में अग्नि की मात्रा तेज हो जाती है।
 
अग्निशक्ति मुद्रा विधि- इस मुद्रा को करने के भी अगल-अलग तरीके हैं।
 
1.अपने दोनों हाथों की अंगुलियों को हथेली से लगाने से और दोनों हाथों के अंगूठों को आपस में जोड़ने से अग्निशक्ति मुद्रा बनती है।
 
2.अपने दोनों हाथों को आगे करे और मुट्ठी बाध लें। मुट्ठी बांधने में अंगुठों को शामिल ना करें। बल्कि अंगुठों के उपरी पोरों को आपस में टच करें।
 
अग्निशक्ति मुद्रा के लाभ- अग्निशक्ति मुद्रा लो ब्लडप्रेशर और उसके कारण होने वाले सिर के दर्द तथा कमजोरी में बहुत लाभकारी है। इससे गले में जलन या पित्त संबंधी समस्या में भी लाभ मिलता है। इस मुद्रा को करने से जहां तनाव मिटता हैं वहीं श्वांस संबंधी रोग भी मिट जाते हैं।
