For energy balancing, do Gyan, Akash, Prithvi, Jal and Agni Mudras with both the hands one by one in the following way and following order:

Gyan Mudra: Thumb touching the tip of index finger

It helps opening our Root chakra, and moves more energy to the legs and lower body. Makes one calmer and more concentrated.

Akash Mudra: thumb touches tip of middle finger
Effect:- Fosters patience.

Aakash Hasta Mudra

Prithvi Mudra: thumb touches tip of ring finger

Effect:- Energy, stability and self-confidence.

Varun Jal Mudra: thumb touches tip of pinky finger
Effect:- Intuition and feeling.

Varun / Jal Hasta Mudra To Balance Fluidity

Agni/Surya Mudra: Ring fingers are placed on the root pad of thumbs and also kept pressed under the thumbs.

Effect:- Metabolism balancing.
