Can you do Pran Mudra when you want to reduce your weight? This is a question I am asked by most of the people.

You can do.

When there is a need for Pran Mudra, you have to do it.

But since we believe that the Pran Mudra can also increase weight, do the Pran Mudra, when necessary, followed by Samaan Mudra, which balances.

Fire/Surya/Agni Hasta Mudra for Weight Loss:-

How weight loss happens due to Fire Mudra?

For weight loss, do the fire Mudra daily for 30 minutes two times. When we do fire Mudra, the excess fat content is burnt.

Fire Mudra – the ring finger is at the base of the thumb, on both the hands.

Agni/Fire/Surya Hasta Mudra for Weight, Fat, Cholesterol, Diabetesn n Thyroid in which weight gets increased.

For weight loss, LINGA MUDRA can be done. Do it for more than 15 minutes.

Then do UJJAYI PRANAYAMA (inhale through mouth and exhale through nose) for one minute.

If you do it, it will make your breathing very deep.

Do it for 10-15 rounds.

Don’t do the Linga Mudra immediately after taking food.
