Mechanism of the working of Rudra Mudra?
Rudra Mudra is used to relieve Earth Element Energy, Solar Plexus Chakra and Heart disorders, dizziness, organic decays, and general States of exhaustion.
This is true for all situations of life that if we are not focused on ourselves and instead of that if we start remaing outside ourselves – this may cause us to start living in the States of stress of all kinds. There are those who feel these tensions in the stomach, while others noticed them in the neck, back, pelvis or chest.
