Aim and Objectives of this Research work:

After the Kundalini Awakening – The Pranic Vayu Energy of a successful Yogi, is expected to flow upward instead of flowing down! Practising Kundalini awakening experience – we awaken our latent power of our spiritual realisation which lies buried deep within the human body in subtle form!
We start experiencing to feel living more in present and become more aware of our senses, bodily functions and energy levels. This awareness results in helping us to feel more at peace and able to approach life with a calmer state of mind, including clarity of thought, improved memory physical strength, relief of upset stomach and throat, liver and kidney ailments!
We will fell grounded, safe and secure, anxiety and depression free, will have meaning ful relationship by getting loved and loving others, remaing mentally alert, confident of our abilities, protecting our self respect and remain respectful to all without having false ego, helping nature, peace lover and compassionate by heart, healing bp & heart, spiritual, truth seeker and authentic speaker. The Process:

In layman’s language, Kundalini gets awakened easily if the Pranic Vayu Energy flows freely in the body channels. But due to certain known and unknown faulty lifestyle of the day, our pranic energy flow gets obstructed due to the imbalancing of our five Elements and blockage of energy chakras resulting in non activation of sushumna and kundalini awakening! This is important to understand that the five elements and first five chakras are corealeted and balancing act of five elements and resultant vatta, pitta and kapha leads auto cleansing and activation of our first five subtle chakras.

Kundalini shakti passes through sushumna nadi, at the Root Chakra – which acts like a Plug Socket or a Power Generator. The moment awakening starts, the Pranik Energy obtained from that generator by means of doing some kind of advance level Pranayam, Kundalini makes headway through sushumna up to Third Eye- Ajna Chakra. This energy pushes the Kundalini being seated in the Sushumna by Cleansing and Balancing the five Elements and first five Chakras right from Root to Throat, where Ida & Pingala Nadies get merged into Sushumna that ultimately moves upward to ajna chakra.

Therefore, we see that awakening of sushumna is just as important as awakening of kundalini and Cleansening, balancing of all the Elements and Chakras.

Kundalini Awakening Through Chakras, Handmudras, Pranayam & Beeja Mantras :
Awakening of the Kundalini through Chakras Balancing along with Chanting Beeja Mantras also helps in return in balancing and better coordination of the chakras which are the centers of energy in our body.
When the energy of the kundalini starts rising through the various chakras – these chakras become well balanced, which will definitely be noticed through a change in our self consciousness and transformation in our character and attitude as well.

Kundalini & Deep Breathing Yoga
Awakening of the kundalini is the true goal of pranayam yoga with a deep breathing अनुलोमविलोम of 8 or later 4 a minute with five chakras beeja mantras chanting like ॐ लं नमः, ॐ वं नमः, ॐ रं नमः, ॐ यं नमः, ॐ हं नमः in sucession or हरे राम हरे राम राम राम हरे हरे, हरे कृष्ण हरे कृष्ण कृष्ण कृष्ण हरे हरे, ॐ मणि पद्मे हुँ etc, awakening of the Kundalini such a way, will enhances and facilitates our yoga practice in return.
In fact, sitting comfortably erect in an appropriate hasta mudra gesture, Chakras Balancing through Pranayam yoga practice with chanting respective beeja mantras helps us to activate Sushmna and Kundalini awakening – and this all go hand in hand!

Solution: First of all, we need to do the cleansing and balancing of our five chakras i.e. Root, Sacral, Solar, Heart and Throat. Once these first five chakras get properly balanced and opened up, the higher chakras get opens automatically! The Sushumna activation and Kundalini too is also done automatically!

Prepaeing the self:

  1. An advanced and yet an easy to choose a deep breathing pranayam technique. We also need to practice of developing a habit to sit straight – keeping our spine erect for a few minutes to an hour in any comfortable asan position – say, Padmasan, Sidhasan, Vajrasan, Sukhasan or a mixed position of all mentioned above. Preferably – a bad energy conductor cushion type of mat is also needed to sit so that the energy generated by doing pranayam doesn’t get leaked to earth. But, if there is some difficulty in sitting as mentioned above, then one may either sit comfortably on a cushion chair with back support or even lay or even do it while walking on an even surface. A peaceful and natural airy environment is always preferred. Doing pranayam empty stomach early morning and or evening is also required!
  2. Within a few days practice, we will become comfortable for sitting keeping our backbone straight for a longer to longer time duration.
  3. Then we need to choose a Hasta mudra. The best one is practicing either Gyan Mudra to balance the flow of Vayu Pranic Energy or Vatta Shamak Vishnu Mudra to have inner peace. This is specially beneficial if ptacticed doing Anulom Vilom. With your left hand – practice this Vishnu mudra along with Physical Energy Giving Pran Hasta Mudra while with you right hand – hold the left side nostril of your nose with little and ring fingers and use thumb to hold right nostril of your nose and make Vishnu Mudra with middle and index fingers.
  4. While practicing Anulom Vilom, or a simple deep breathing increase the inhale exhale breathing to 8 minutes a minute and gradually limit it to 4 breathings a minute. Exhaling could be equal or double or triple seeing your capacity to do that with ease, which will eventually be enriched with the continued practice.
  5. A still more advanced deep breathing or anulom vilom pattern could be in the ratio of 1:4:2:2 or 4:1:5:2 – which means say in the first case – inhale 1 : Hold 4 times than inhaling : exhale 2 times than inhaling : Hold 2 times than inhaling. Inhaling is known as Rechak, while holding – retention is known as Kumbhak! Use of BeejaMantras: This can be done better by making use of beejamantras for rechak – kumbhak and to tap the spiritual sound energy for the chakras healing, cleansing and balancing! See some of the following most beneficial mantras:. Kundalini & Deep Breathing Yoga:-. Awakening of the kundalini is the true goal of pranayam yoga with a gradual practice of doing deep breathing and or अनुलोमविलोम of bringing to our breaths to 8 or later 4 a minute with five chakras beeja mantras chanting mentally or a little loudly as per convenience like:- ॐ लं नमः, ॐ वं नमः, ॐ रं नमः, ॐ यं नमः, ॐ हं नमः in sucession or ॐ मणि पद्मे हुँ or Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Hare Hare, Hare Krishn Hare Krishn Krishn Krishn Hare Hare – which is a mahamantra containing beeja mantras of all the mantras and almost specific for healing the Knee Problems and to shed one’s Ego as well! One most useful oxygen rich giving healing mantra is – Shree Ram Jay Ram Jay Jay Ram and awakening of the Kundalini such a way, will enhance and facilitate our yoga practice in return.

In fact, practicing this way for 16 minutes to an hour daily empty stomach in morning and or in evening for a few months and sitting comfortably erect in an appropriate hasta mudra gesture, Five Elements & Chakras Balancing through Pranayam yoga practice with chanting respective beeja mantras as shown above, helps us in balancing five elements along with five chakras to activate Sushmna and Kundalini awakening – and this all go hand in hand. Activation of Third Eye Chakra along with activation of Pituitary & Pineal Glands is told to be assured! र
    मूलाधार चक्र का ध्यान करके अद्भुत सम्मोहक व्यक्तित्व बन सकता है।

    ॐ क्लीं क्लीं क्रीं क्रीं हुं हुं फट बीजमंत्र का सोते जागते उठते बैठते जितना अधिक उच्चारण करेंगे सुषुम्ना जागरण में शीघ्रता आएगी। इस मंत्र के उच्चारण का प्रभाव सीधा आपके सुषुम्ना चक्र पर ही पड़ता है। जैसे जैसे सुषुम्ना जागृत होती है वैसे वैसे पूरे शरीर में सम्मोहन उर्जा वलिष्ट होती जाती है।
    सम्पूर्ण शरीर सम्मोहक बन उठता है। नेत्रों में विशेष प्रकार की चुम्बक प्रवाहित होने लगती है जो वायु मंडल में फैलकर सभी प्राणियों पर इच्छानुकूल प्रभाव डालती रहती है। अतः हमें किसी प्रकार अपने सुषुम्ना चक्र को जागृत करने का प्रयास अवश्य ही करना चाहिए। Chakras, Planets & Beeja Mantras and Colours:

• Red Colour activates the Roota Chakra

as it stimulates the circulation, makes us alert, warms and relaxes, but can also bring out aggression;

• Orange Colour activates the Hara Chakra as it improves the mood, promotes lightness, stimulates sexuality, but over activation can also stimulate superficiality;

• Yellow Colour activates Solar Chakra as it stimulates digestion, makes us mentally alert, but over activation could make one an arrogant person.

• Green Colour activates Heart Chakra as this is generally calming and bestows will to start something new;

• Blue Colour activates Throat Chakra represents a more deeper calmness and also provides a sense of security by ensuring protection by clear communication.

  2. Weak Planet means Weak Chakra – but can be balanced by Meditation on Chakras Colours & Beej Mantras of Chakras and or Planets.
    ऊॅ लं नमः– मूल आधार चक्र Basic Chakra (शनि ग्रह) will make us to feel grounded and will stop the overflow of too much of emotions – like sadness, and for diseases like diarrhea, bleeding, excess bleeding, and watering of eyes, we can chant OM लं LUM NAMAHA mantra activates the earth element in us. When there is flow of water, we stop it by putting mud on that place to stop the flow. Similarly, this Mantra can also activate the earth element to stop the bodily internal bleeding, watering etc.
    Have a good sleep This mantra will induce sleep also. We go our home to sleep (earth element). Like that, when we are not able to sleep, it means our earth element is imbalanced. By chanting this mantra we are balance our earth element.
    Achieve stability It will also stabilise us. When we are feeling dizziness, or when we have vertigo problem, we can chant this mantra and we will become stable.
    ऊँ वं नमः– स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र Hara-Sacral Chakra (गुरु ग्रह) & The VAM is the bija mantra for the Hara centre, which channels true love then. True emotions will be channelled, because of Vum. It brings out true emotions of love.
    ऊँ रं नमः–मणिपूर्ण चक्र. Solar Plexus Chakra (मंगल ग्रह), it boosts our self confidence but becoming over confident – ego problem may also crop in! Daily chanting Hare Ram Hare Krishn Maha Mantra is helpful in sheding Ego for ever!
    ॐ यं नमः –अनाहत चक्र Heart Chakra. (शुक ग्रह) YAM is the one that can drive out unwanted emotions. By chanting YAM यं our anger, sadness and worry can be driven away.

    After that process completion – the other remaining chakras like आज्ञा चक्र पर पहुंच कर साधक आत्म ज्ञानी हो जााता है (संयुक्त रूप से चन्द्र सूर्य ग्रह), सहस्त्रार चक्र opens, third eye will automatically open up.

  4. जब हर्ट चक्र से हम कोई परमार्थ कार्य करते हैं तो सोलर चक्र भाव द्वारा हर्ट चक्र की इस उदारता की वाही वाही पूर्वक प्रसंशा करने से हर्ट चक्र में ईगो यानि कर्ता भाव उत्पन्न हो जाता है ! महामंत्र हरे राम हरे कृष्ण मंत्र में हरे हरे व राम राम मे में “ह” व “म” के संयोग से “हं” यानि विशुद्ध थ्रोट चक्र की मंत्र ध्वनि मनन से – थ्रोट चक्र सवैम जागृत हो – थ्रोट चक्र – हर्ट चक्र को भी शुद्ध बना – हमारे अंदर को कर्ता भाव से मुक्त कर देता है: – हरे चिंतन से हमारी स्वार्थ भावना दूर होती है व राम चिंतन से “रं” मंत्र से मणिपुर चक्र तथा पूर्व में उस के असुंतलन से उत्पन्न हमारे सभी पुण्य/पाप, हमारी अरोगैंसी व “मैं” व कर्ता भाव की भावना समाप्त हो जाती है! कृष्ण में “कृ” से हमारे स्वभाव में एडपटिबिलिटी की भावना जागृत होती है व “ष्ण” से लैट गो ऑफ एवरी थिंग – यानि सब कुछ प्रभु अर्पण कर देवें – कर्ता भाव छोड़ – सवेंम को मुक्त कर लें – action without attachement -भाव उत्पन्न होने से फ्लैक्जिबिलिटी हमारे स्वभाव में – एरोगेंस – ईगो – मैं भाव समाप्त हो – आत्मशुद्धि होती है! सँग सँग – घुटनों की तकलीफ जैसी बीमारी भी स्वतः ठीक होने लग जाती है – चूंकि – हमारे मन व शरीर में – फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी जो आने लग पड़ती है!
  5. हरे राम हरे राम राम राम राम हरे हरे, हरे राम चिंतन में :- हरे यानि हरि शक्ति जो मूलाधार चक्र में सुप्तावस्था में रहती है वो – उर्धगामी हो हरि से मिलने की राह पकड़ने लग जाती है व – ‘ह’ बीजमन्त्र से विशुद्ध चक्र ऐंवम ‘र’ बीजमन्त्र के उच्चारण से मणिपुर चक्र जागृत होते हैं! मणिपुर चक्र जागृत होने लगे तो निचले – मूलाधार ऐंवम स्वाधिस्ठानचक्र भी स्वतः ही जागृत होने शुरू हो जाते हैं तथा विशुद्ध चक्र जागृत हो तो अनाहत चक्र भी साथ साथ जाग्रत होने लग जाता है। और यदि उपरोक्तवर्णित ये पहले 5 चक्र जागृत हो जाएं तो ऊपर के आज्ञा तथा सहस्रार/शून्य चक्र भी स्वतः ही जागृत हो – मानव अपने प्रत्यक्ष सद्व्यवहार से देव श्रेणी में प्रविष्ट हो पड़ता है – व यही जीवन उद्देश्य है!

Apana Mudra helps to detox and cleanse the body by improving digestion and elimination. It is energetically connected to the pelvis and abdominal areas. Heart / Vayu/ Anjali Mudras (heart offering) ॐ यं नमः

Anjali Mudra:- Place the palms together at heart center, with a small space in between the palms.

Anjali Mudra symbolizes a connection with your heart, your inner divine self, and respect toward yourself, others and the wider universe. This mudra is an expression of love and gratitude and helps to connect the left and right hemispheres of the brain, uniting the body as a whole. Anjali means “offering” in Sanskrit and is associated with the greeting Namaste, showing respect, connection and compassion towards others, yourself and your spirituality.

Granthita / Knot Mudra

Shoonya / Granthita Mudra / Knot Chakra (throat chakra activation and self-healing) ॐ हं नमः

Interlace your fingers then touch the thumb and index fingers together, creating 2 interlocked circles, and hold the hands in front of the base of your throat.

Granthita Mudra activates the throat chakra, opening the vocal cord passageways, and allowing your communication, voice and expression to be clearer and more authentic. It also balances the thyroid gland and stimulates self-healing and expression.

Gyan Mudra (knowledge, wisdom)

Touch the tips of the thumb and first fingers together, with the other 3 fingers straight.

Gyan Mudra connects the fire and air elements, stimulating the brain and is associated with knowledge and wisdom. It also symbolizes the unity of universal and individual consciousness, increasing focus and concentration, and cultivates a sense of calmness and openness during meditation. You can place your palms facing up if you wish to be more open to receive, or face your palms down if you wish to feel more grounded and internal reflective.

Prana Mudra (vital energy of prana)

Touch the thumb, ring and pinky fingers together, with the other fingers straight.

Prana Mudra stimulates prana, the life force energy, within the body, helping it to flow more freely. This is usually an energizing mudra. It also has healing power for the eyes and it helps us to see more clearly physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is a wonderful mudra to activate the crown chakra and allow us to surrender to a higher consciousness.

Another version by Er Vipul Sain, Vipul: मूलाधार चक्र : अनाहत ध्वनि: वं, शं; षं; सं; लं वर्णों की अनाहत ध्वनि गूंजायमान रहती है। लं बीच में होता है। अत: ॐ लं लम्बोदराय नम: जाप कर इसको उद्देलित किया जा सकता है। जहां मां काली का वास है जो मां दुर्गा का रूप है और कुंडलनी शक्ति है। देखें दुर्गा सप्तशती की आरती (मूलाधार निवासनी यह पर सिद्दी प्रदे) और सिद्धी कुंजिका स्रोत्र जहां विभिन्न बीज मंत्र दिय हैं। स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र : यह चक्र नाभि के नीचे योनी के कुछ ऊपर होता है। त्रिक चक्र (अंडाशय/पुरःस्थ ग्रंथि), जल तत्व की प्रधानता। बं, भं, मं, थं, रं, लं, वं वर्णों की अनाहत ध्वनि गूंजायमान रहती है। यहां बम बम महादेव बोला जा सकता है। क्योकि बं बीच में होता है। इस मंत्र को सिद्ध करने से आप जल पर नियंत्रण कर सकते हैं। मणिपूर, सौर स्नायुजाल चक्र (नाभि क्षेत्र)। जहां डं, ढं, णं, तं, दं, धं, नं, पं, यं, फं, रं वर्णों की अनाहत ध्वनि गूंजायमान रहती है। यहां अग्नि तत्व रं माध्य में है। अत: ॐ रं रामाय नम: या रं रमाय नम: जाप किया जा सकता है। अनाहत यानी ह्रदय चक्र (ह्रदय क्षेत्र)। अन आहत यानी बिना चोट की आवाज। वायु तत्व जहां कं, खं, ग, घं, ड़ं, चं, छं, जं, झं, त्रं, टं, ठं, यं वर्णों की अनाहत ध्वनि गूंजायमान रहती है। यहां यम है। अतं इसका मंत्र ॐ यं यामाय नम: हो सकता है। इसको सिद्ध करने पर आप निराहार जी सकते हैं। विशुद् / कंठ चक्र (कंठ और गर्दन क्षेत्र)। यहां हं है यानि आकाश तत्व अब यहां तक हमारे शरीर के पांचो तत्व पूरे हो गये। क्योकि इसके आगे की यात्रा शरीर के बाह्र और भीतर दोनो तरफ है। जहां अ, आ, इ, ई, उ, ऊ, ऋ, ज्ञ, लृ; ए, ऐ, ओ, अं; अः ह वर्णों की अनाहत ध्वनि गूंजायमान रहती है।यहां पर ॐ हं हनुमंतये नम: मंत्र जप किया जा सकता है। यह आपको आकाशिय शक्तियां देता है। आज्ञा, ललाट या ध्यान या तृतीय नेत्र । जहां स्त्रियां बिन्दी लगाती हैं। जहां हं, क्षं, ॐ वर्णों की अनाहत ध्वनि गूंजायमान रहती है। यहां ॐ बीच में हैं। अत: ॐ का जाप लाभकारी होता है। सहस्रार, शीर्ष चक्र (सिर का शिखर; एक नवजात शिशु के सिर का ‘मुलायम स्थान (तालू)। जहां दल के वर्णों की अनाहत ध्वनि गूंजायमान रहती है। अब सीधी सी बात आप समझ गये होंगे यदि आप बीज मंत्र का जाप करते हैं तो सीधे सीधे चक्रों की पंखुडियों को उद्देलित कर रहे हैं। और यहीं से सिद्दियों का जन्म होता है।
